Born on May 11, 1974 in Heshtia village (Georgia).

Received secondary education in the local school, then studied at the Agricultural College of Gyumri, from which he graduated in 1995.

In 2003-2008 studied theology and philosophy at Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University in Tbilisi.

In 2008 was ordained as priest and appointed as parish priest of villages Heshtia, Ujmana, Toria, Zhdanovakan, Skhvilisi (Georgia).

Married, has two children.
