    Date and place of birth: 15 December, 1977, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatka, Russian Federation. At the age of 7 moved with parents to Panik of Shirak region, where he got his schooling.

     

    Military service in the RA Army (1995-1997).

     

    Higher education:

     

    Social work and social care, at the Gyumri branch of the Yerevan State University, Faculty of Sociology (2000-2002).

     

    Seminary After of St. Nerses, Gyumri (2001-2003);

     

    Catholic University of Philosophy, Theology, Culture and History, after Soulkhan Saba of Tbilisi, Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, Diploma with Honor.

     

    Priestly Ordination: 12 September, 2008, at St. Astvatsatsin Church of Panik, by H.E. Nshan Archbishop Karakeheian.
