On 20 February, 2025, H.E. Kevork Noradounguian visited Mr. Olivier Decottignies, the Ambassador of France in Armenia. Mr. Ambassador was present at the ceremony of inauguration of the Ordinary on the 26^th of September, at the Holy Cathedral Church of Gyumri, so this visit of His Excellency was a fine expression of gratitude and mutual appreciation, as well as an inception of underlying the features of the cooperation. Both of them expressed their readiness to cooperate with the aim of bringing positive changes in the social and moral life of the Armenian people. During their talk, another fact was also underscored, that H.E. Noradounguian had served for 8 years in France as the parish priest of the Armenian Catholic community of Lion, before his appointment as the Ordinary Archbishop of Armenia and Eastern Europe. H.E. Noradounguian also admires deeply the French culture and is quite skilled in French language. Mr. Ambassador has also expressed in many occasions his admiration with Armenian culture and language.
