- Catholicos Patriarch Nerses Petros XIX’s burial ceremony
The burial ceremony of HIs Beatitude Nerses Petros XIX Catholic Patriarch of the Armenian Catholics of the House of Cilicia was held on 30 June 2015 in the Armenian Catholic Cathedral St. Gregory the Illuminator –St. Elijah, Beirut. His body was put in the ossuary of patriarchs of the Armenian Catholic Patriarchate.

Among those present at the ceremony where: the synodic bishops, clergy and lay faithful of the Armenian Catholic Church, Cardinal Leonardo Sandri- Prefect of the Congregation for Eastern Churches, His Holiness Aram I- Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia, patriarchs of Eastern Catholic Churches, Hranush Hakopian-the Minister of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia, Ashot Kocharian-RA ambassador in Lebanon, Michael Minassian-RA ambassador in the Vatican, the presidents of the Lebanese Parliament and Senate, other political and public figures.
