On October 24, 2026, H. E. Archbishop Gevorg Noradoungyan and the Apostolic Nuncio, H. E. Archbishop Ante Jozić, accompanied by the Secretary of the Apostolic Nunciature, Very Rev. Fr. Aliaksandr Rahinia, visited the “Redemptoris Mater” Hospital in Ashotsk to congratulate the hospital staff and share in their joy on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the founding of the hospital. On the actual day of the hospital’s 35th anniversary celebration, October 7, they were out of the country and were therefore unable to attend. The Leader of Armenian Catholics and the Apostolic Nuncio warmly congratulated the director of the hospital, Fr. Mario Cuccarollo and the staff, wishing the hospital length of days in its mission of providing healthcare services, which has continued uninterruptedly since the early 1990s and has benefited hundreds of thousands of people. They also expressed their gratitude to Fr. Mario for his many years of dedicated service to the people of Armenia. Archbishop Jozić presented Father Mario with a Rosary blessed by His Holiness Pope Leo XIV.
